Project Description

Findings will be shared with participating trainees, clinical supervisors, and relevant medical education departments through a brief institutional report or presentation. The results will also be submitted to a peer-reviewed international journal and may be presented at relevant conferences, seminars, or workshops. All findings will be reported in anonymised and aggregated form.
