Effect of a Basic Medical Education Course on Teaching Knowledge, Skills and Confidence among Resident Doctors: A Pre- and Post-Intervention Study

Project Description

The findings of this study will be shared with relevant stakeholders, including medical educators, residency program coordinators, institutional academic committees, and participating departments. The results will be presented through institutional seminars, workshops, and academic meetings to support improvement of medical education programs.

The study findings are also planned for dissemination through a peer-reviewed journal publication in the field of medical education or healthcare education. Abstracts may be submitted for presentation at national or international medical education conferences. The research outcomes will help inform future development and implementation of Basic Medical Education training programs for resident doctors.
